Terms of Service

By accessing or using NeighborTechs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Platform

NeighborTechs is a marketplace connecting independent technicians with customers. We are not an employer of the technicians (unless explicitly stated for specific enterprise contracts).

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely. Customers agree to pay the quoted price upon job completion. Technicians agree to the platform fee schedule.

3. Liability

While we vet technicians, NeighborTechs is not liable for direct damages caused during service calls, except where covered by our "NeighborTechs Guarantee" or specific insurance policies held by the platform.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled job may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
